It’s Saucery –  A Dee & L Foods company, is a leading producer of cold-process mayonnaise products, dressings, sauces and dips. With state-of-the-art equipment and a modern production facility, we are “small enough to make it your way and big enough to get it done!”

At It’s Saucery, we know sauce! It’s in our DNA. We have been making quality mayonnaise and sauces for decades. Heck, our facility even has a dedicated railroad track.

We are believers in using quality ingredients and best-in-class equipment to deliver consistent, quality products every time. We have a fantastic team of hard-working people including in-house R&D. Put simply, we have the ability to turn your vision into a reality.

 

It’s Saucery is a Kosher-Certified company. We are under the OU (Orthodox Union) as well as other certifying agencies as needed.  This means that all ingredients and raw materials entering our facility are certified kosher and inspected for wholesomeness and product integrity. 

 

We are also a dairy-free, gluten-free, peanut and sesame free facility. Our recipes are all formulated accordingly, and we excel at making products without these ingredients.  In fact, we have been asked to prove that our ranch dressing is in fact dairy-free (it most certainly is).

We can provide you with our in-stock items, turn your kitchen sample into a production ready product or create something new entirely from scratch.
